The 517 Sanitize/Ultimate Foam Hose Drop Station is a combination applicator that projects one chemical as foam and another as a sanitizing spray. This venturi injection system uses standard city water pressure (35 - 125 PSI) to draw chemical concentrates into the water streams to create accurately diluted solutions using precision metering tips to control chemical usage. Compressed air is injected into the foaming solution to greatly increase volume and coverage ability. This rich, clinging foam is projected through the discharge hose and fan nozzle at distances up to 12 feet. The sanitizer solution, in the lean ratios required for no-rinse sanitizing in food plants, is projected as a fan pattern spray.
