The Lafferty Conveyor Mate™ system is a fully adjustable portable venturi foamer designed to foam clean both the top and underside of conveyor belts, and is powered by plant water pressures from
30-250 psi and compressed air.
The Conveyor Mate™ features the ability to independently control the water and air flow rates and the chemical dilution ratio, allowing it to be adjusted for foaming belt widths of up to 4’. Its arms and nozzle angles are adjustable solving differing heights and clearance issues.

Principles of Operation:
The heart of the Conveyor Mate™ is a Lafferty adjustable foamer which features needle valve control over water flow, air flow and chemical injection. This capability allows the user to determine the desired width of the foam discharge pattern by adjusting the water flow rate and then to balance the system via fine control of the air and chemical ratio.
The foamer can be set to achieve the desired foaming consistency on conveyor belts up to 4’ wide.
