Level Master™ Mixing Stations – 25 to 100 PSI

The Lafferty Level Master™ systems are float valve operated proportioners, designed to maintain the desired level of ready-to-use (RTU) chemical solution in any reservoir. Lafferty’s novel design integrates the float valve, venturi proportioner and chemical siphon breaker into one solid, machined block of chemically resistant polypropylene.

• Auto on/off float valve, for continuous operation
• Manual ball valve, for use when emptying solution reservoir
• All wetted parts are chemically resistant
• Durable, rigid plastic float with adjustable 18” stainless steel float chain
• 20 metering tips for achieving desired dilution ratio

Principles of Operation:

• Level Master™
• The built-in venturi injects chemical concentrate into the water flow until the reservoir fills to the level set by the adjustable float, which closes the float valve. When solution usage causes the reservoir level to drop by 1½ inches, the float valve will open and replenish the reservoir. This cycle repeats automatically.
  
• Gemini Level Master™
• Operating in the same manner as the Level Master™, the dual pick-up Gemini Level Master™ incorporates two separate venturis fed by a single water inlet. This unique design allows for precise, independent dilution of each chemical, eliminating the need to balance the system to account for differing viscosities and dilution ratios. The two chemical concentrates cannot cross mix and the diluted solutions mix only on entry to the holding reservoir.
