This tool will assist in determining the optimum chemical feed and pumping system to meet your requirements and also determine the correct header piping size to ensure you have at least 35 PSI solution pressure at each unit.

This is the "standard" installation configuration.

It is also the easiest to install and the most flexible to run.

When a larger number of units are attached to the Central System, it may be necessary to adjust the timers in them to ensure that the number actually foaming at the same time does not exceed the air pump capacity of the Central System being used.

This configuration may provide some savings, but when a larger number of units are attached to the Central System, they will all be running at the same time. The number of Central Systems required has been calculated accordingly.

The Jazz Controller has the advantages of allowing variable settings for Holidays, weekly or seasonal changes in hours of operation and peak and off-peak traffic demands.

This configuration may also provide some savings and allows units to be split into six zones, reducing the pumping capacity required from the Central Systems.

The Vision Controller has the advantages of allowing variable settings for Holidays, Weekly or seasonal changes in hours of operation and peak and off-peak traffic demands. These settings can be different for each of the six zones.

Note: It has been assumed that the demand for solution is split fairly evenly between the six zones. If this is not to be the case, then a higher capacity or multiple unit Central System may be required.
